Km 44 City is located 44 km South-West from Luanda City. It stretches on a 21 he land and it is planned to house a population of 13.448 people.
The city will hold around 2000 housing units, 268 of which have already been completed.
Basic infrastructures, such as water and electricity supply, road, drain and sanitation network are in progress. Also education facilities are part of the project and a primary school is already built.
