Iberekodo Industrial Town is situated in the Lekki sub-region, it has a size of 9kmq and it was planned to accommodate a population of around 60.000 inhabitants. The project vision is to provide an industrial location with complementary residential area and service facilities. The plan for Iberekodo is part of the arger program implemented by Lagos State Government, to create new towns across the region and facilitate a more sustainable development.
