Mount Druitt is a Housing Commission suburb 40 km west of the city centre of Sydney. 8,000 new properties were build to house 32,000 residents. Liberal governments duplicated labour goverments' Green Valley operation, based on the Radburn system, with Mount Druitt. It is now one of the most impoverished areas in Australia, a ghetto. Urban design improvement plans are made.
