'The project consists of a beach tourist complex and two residential neighbourhoods. The beach complex located on a 40 acre site, includes a terrace garden, roof deck, cafeteria, bar, motel, and a series of cabins and lockers for 1296 people. The two neighbourhoods have 91 residential buildings of various heights containing a total of 1474 units.
