Kinga Kotras is European Projects Manager at the municipality of Gran Paris Sud. As a long-term member of the network, Kinga has also been part of previous projects and is therefore well experienced with the needs and intricacies of international networking based on content exchange. She knows the municipal organisation inside out and will be able to organise the Lab with exactly the right groups of residents and she will transfer the results of the Labs to her colleagues. She can also inspire other municipal partners in the network, on how to handle bureaucratic methods and policy-making.
